You may cancel your course registration up to fourteen (14) days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations received fewer than fourteen (14) days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are not available after completion of the course.
If Lonestar cancels or reschedules a course, registered candidates will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future course date at no additional cost.
