Pre-Registration
Pre-Registration will initiate the process of registering for a course. You will be contacted by our course coordinator to arrange payment and finalize your registration once your eligibility to take the course has been verified with the American College of Surgeons. Pre-registration does not guarantee you a spot in an upcoming course.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Requests for refunds made greater than 15 days prior to the course start date will be honored minus the cost of the course textbook and shipping costs and credit card fees.
Requests for refunds made less than 15 days prior to the course start date will be refunded 50% of the course fee up to 48 hours prior to the course date. Cancelations less than 48 hours prior to the course will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled at the discretion of the course coordinator.
Students who do not attend the course without having made appropriate notification, will not receive a refund.
